Hi, I'm Lourdes.
I want to share anecdotes about my vacations.
Last year I
took a tour that consisted of a trip from Quito to Portoviejo for 5 days and
four nights. The trip started like this:
First day
The bus
left for the Machalilla National Park which lasted approximately 3 hours.
During the trip the bus made a stop in order to know the legendary Panama hats
in Montecristi, So we watched the hats we talked with the people who made this
craft. In the afternoon we had lunch in a typical restaurant, when we traveled
to Puerto Lopez to visit the small fishing community of Salango and we arrived
at the Machalilla National Park.
Second day
We started
with the visit to the Machalilla National Park we met the community of Agua
Blanca that provides the opportunity to observe archaeological remains of
Salango, this day we had a little lunch because we decided to take a bike ride
along one of the natural paths of the valley of San Sebastián of approximately
5 km. So I was able to meet other tourists with whom I could share anecdotes
and know their cultures.

Third day
When We
became at the bay of Puerto López we visited the Isla de la Plata known as the
sanctuary of wildlife, which took us a whole day because we visited several
islands and we also observed all the marine species that we had in this area
with the help of a guide tourist.
Fourth day
We had to
get to the beach. So we walk through a beautiful trail that starts on the road
and we could a spectacular view different tipes of birds. But the trek on this
trail lasted about 3 hours, So we could also see two species of sea turtles;
the hawksbill turtle and the green turtle. Finally we arrived at the beach
where we all could relax during the whole day.
Fifth day
On our last
day we visited the strange tropical humid forest, also known as the
Chongon-Colonche mountain range. On this trip the tourist guide spoke about the
flora and fauna of the area. but we had to visit to pack soon because we have
to go back to the airport.
It was a
very beautiful trip that I will never forget.
